You can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after you placed your order. Alternatively, if you were signed in to your OtterBox account when you checked out, you can find your order number in the “Order History” section of your account.

If your product has arrived damaged please do not place an RMA. Contact our Customer Service team using the Contact Us form.
